To keep yourself motivated you can pick a companion who has a similar schedule like yours and can be your co-player in all these sports activities.

If you have a trainer by your side, he will prepare a program for you and help you to stick to it until you finish it. This becomes all the more important if you have not been able to find a partner for the program.
